Sunday April 12th — Private Studio Masterclass

-Based in Jamberoo NSW Australia-

I’m opening the doors of my studio for an intimate, one-on-one oil painting experience designed for you. 

These private sessions are a joyful deep dive into my personal approach to painting with oils— the techniques, materials and principles I adore. 

Beginning something new can feel overwhelming (especially with oils!) With so much information and so many methods available, it’s easy to wonder where to start, or which approach will suit your unique creative style.
This day is designed to gently guide you through essentials while nurturing your own artistic instinct. My intention is not simply to teach you how I paint, but to help you discover how you paint— with clarity and confidence. 

What Our Day Looks Like

10:00am-3:00pm 

a light lunch included/teas and coffee 

Together we will explore; 

• the foundations of colour mixing 
• understanding composition 
• two distinct oil painting styles 
• drying times and how to work with them
• varnishing and finishing techniques 

You’ll receive a beautifully printed PDF to take home, filled with everything we cover — including my favourite tips and studio secrets. 

By the end of the day you’ll leave with; 

• two completed paintings of your own
• a deeper understanding of oils
• practical tools and techniques 
• the know how— to continue your own creative practice at home

This is a relaxed, encouraging and inspiring day in my studio — a space to ask questions, make mistakes and most importantly, enjoy the process.
