Unfortunately, we are not liable for damages made to items during the shipping process. If an issue during shipping occurs it is the buyer's responsibility to take it up with the postal service. All postal information regarding your item will be given to you freely so that the buyer is able to make the necessary calls. 

Every item sent is carefully prepared and posted with the tracking service. Each and every item is prepared so that it is protected as possible for a safe journey to each and every buyer.
